• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the skincare industry.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Assist in retail sales of skin care products and recommend appropriate items to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as an aesthetician.

• Proven experience in a spa or salon environment.

• Strong knowledge of skin care products and treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced skin care techniques such as laser treatments or injectables.
